Initial Counseling Intake (1-2, 60 minute sessions) $150 each

Email Counseling (per email from client – limit 300 words) $40
Coaching sessions – $150 for 60 minute session with up to 1 hour follow up (email recap and check-in)
Insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company as to how counseling will be paid for. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
We will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We are considered in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and MedCost Insurance companies and can file these for you. For all others we will be considered an out of network provider and you will be able to submit these yourself. We can provide you with all the information you will need to file.
Most insurances want you to be diagnosed and sometimes dictate how many sessions and what type of therapy you can have. If you want to access your insurance, we can talk about what these stipulations may be and mean for your care.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. There is a 4% handling fee for credit card usage. Payment of client’s responsibility (including copay) is expected at the time of service.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, for all non-emergency cancellations/no shows, there is a $75 late cancellation fee.
